Possible temporary availability interruptions

[Warning] We need to change the firmware for our aggregation switch and replace all the top of rack switches. It can be bumpy ride today and tomorrow.

Maintenance work and replacement of equipment completed. Everyone on links faster than 100Mbps should notice much better download speeds, especially during the peak hours.

For tomorrow, we plan to increase the available network throughput per every rack to make the download speeds even more bulletproof during the peak hours – this time it will be possible to do so without any downtime. Let speed be with you! :-)

        Hello,

        – select all the file(s) which You want to be moved to particular folder
        – enter to the folder which You want to put selected file(s)
        – click on the “move here” button

          In the last 24 hours, your system stopped resetting the 30-day download window for certain files after they’re download but not for others. It’s happening with at least the following servers and possibly more:

          For the third day running, the 30-day file download reset is not working properly. When most files are downloaded, the 30-day calendar countdown is **NOT** being reset. This affects all users who store files here. I tried with my files and other people’s files and the reset does not happen most of the time.

    How many people work on this site? I feel like its ran by one guy but that would make no sense to manage all these servers yourself.. unless the websites ran by one guy but you outsource the managing of the server to the datacenter?

      I checked your IP address – it was not banned. You should be able to use the website without any restrictions.

    The speed remains great but it takes a very looong time until a download starts after clicking a link… noticed this behavioir since quite a while now….

      We observe a small congestion of our network during peak hours at the weekend. At the moment, however, we do not plan to add new network capacity, as problems occur quite sporadically.

        Hello, as of last night, your system stopped doing the daily update of the file manager page. The TTD is not being updated on the file manager page even after files are downloaded. The individual file pages are showing the correct most recent download date and time, however. This apparently is a fault with the file manager operation.

    It looks like everyone in the UK is getting 403s, and it’s not ISP blocking. Apparently a few people have raised tickets but haven’t got a response. What’s going on?

        The thirty day countdown for file downloads is mostly not working. It only works for about 10% of the files. I downloaded some files 10 times each to test and it never reset the date.

        You need to fix before people lose files.

    why does the site no longer work in germany? this used to be my favorite OCH because of no wait times, no stupid captchas and no ridiculously throttled speeds… and now all we germans get is a 403 :(

    403 from UK, Germany and Italy IPs.
    I can understand that UK and Germany have some stupid copyright laws, but Italy it like North Korea, you need to launch a nuke before receiving postal police attention.. Could you please unlock Italian IPs route? You know that we simply use a VPN to access here..

    I have failed to download files from your website using internet download manager it gives the following message,
    No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
    Probably the service is inactive on the server or you have a firewall installed that blocks internet download manager. If you have a firewall please ensure that its setting allow IDM downloading from the internet.
    cannot connect to proxy server 127.0.0.1:1740

    I am using win10 and using panda dome free version. It does not support fire wall and I am still having the same problem. Please advise.
